European Management Assistants (EUMA) Cyprus was founded in 1989 when Christine Davies, one of the founder members of EUMA during a seminar held in Cyprus, encouraged the attendants to consider forming a branch in Cyprus. Nine of the participants agreed and EUMA Cyprus was formed, with the first National Chairman being Styliana Pontiki de Drege.
Ever since, with the hard work of the various National Board Members and Committee Members EUMA Cyprus has grown over the years numbering today 99 members all holding key positions in big organizations such as the banking sector, Educational Institutions, Offshore Companies and Law Offices.
