What do we aim for?

To be the recognised voice of the management assistants profession in Europe

  • by forming a network of highly competent management assistants able to advise on professional development;
  • by providing a forum for management assistants, employers and educators to promote an understanding of the training, experience and career opportunities necessary for the development of its members; and
  • by creating an image of the management assistant as an essential element of the management team.

The Association also aims to provide opportunities for the promotion of today's globalised environment needs individuals who are committed to lifelong learning and who are willing to build relationships in a cross-cultural world. EUMA is committed to increasing members' personal and professional efficiency by hosting international meetings that deal with topics related to the current business environment, as well as creating new business opportunities.

To accomplish this, the Association will encourage the development of European Management Assistants groups in all European countries.
